At Fixify, we strive to provide the best service and experience for our customers. To ensure transparency and a smooth process, please review the following terms before proceeding with your repair.
By using the services provided by Fixify, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
All repairs begin with a diagnostic process, which may incur a non-refundable fee of $25.
Customers will receive a detailed repair estimate for approval before any work begins.
All repairs are covered by our 60-day warranty for the specific issue repaired.
Warranty excludes:
Physical or water damage after the repair.
Issues unrelated to the initial repair (e.g., a new problem arising).
Please back up your data before bringing your device to us.
While we handle all devices with care, Fixify is not responsible for data loss during the repair process.
We only use high-quality replacement parts for all repairs. In most cases we will always try and source OEM parts, however aftermarket plus parts are used in some cases where quality meets the OEM standard.
Customers will be informed if alternative parts are recommended for compatibility or budget considerations.
If your device is deemed unrepairable, we will notify you immediately and only charge the diagnostic fee (if applicable).
Devices must be picked up within 30 days of repair completion.
After 30 days, a storage fee of $10 per week will apply. Devices left unclaimed for 60 days may be recycled or disposed of, following multiple reminders.
Fixify is not liable for:
Pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or issues unrelated to the repair.
Additional damage resulting from pre-existing issues (e.g., liquid corrosion spreading).
By agreeing to a repair, you acknowledge these risks.
Payment is due in full at the time of device pick-up.
