Fixify offers refunds for repair costs if the same issue persists and cannot be resolved after multiple attempts.

Replacement Parts

Refunds for replacement parts are provided if a part is defective and Fixify cannot find a suitable replacement.

Diagnostic Fees

Diagnostic fees are non-refundable unless waived as part of an approved repair.
